What is water ionization and why do I care?

Simply put, water ionization is the process of adding negative ions to the the water. It doesn't sound like much, but the benefits for your body, health, and overall quality of life are PROFOUND. The KYK Generation II is covered by a 7 Year bumper to bumper warranty (5 Years in Canada and International.) If you experience any performance issues with any of our units, we will fix or replace it. Any machine that is damaged shall be fixed, and/or replaced with a comparable machine at no additional cost to you (minus shipping & handling). Your KYK Gen2 unit is covered in all circumstances with the exception of damaged caused from dropping a unit or other physical damage. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself, or your warranty could be affected. KYK has no limitations with regards to how much water is produced from our machine, and no stipulations for things such as: There is no required time frame for replacing filters, and no required amount of filters that need to be purchased in a certain time frame.
